Netflix is gearing up for a busy October packed with releases of spooky films and tv shows just in time for Halloween. While the list may have some things that you're familiar with, it still strikes me as an overall weak release lineup lacking in major titles that I've... actually heard of. On the bright side, the sheer amount of new Netflix original content helps balance out the severe lack of major titles hitting the service in October.
Am I insane for being disappointed in this release list? I was expecting far more big-name content for Halloween, but also understand there are plenty of scary movies on there already and for all I know, I could end up finding a new favorite in this list...depending on how many of these I randomly decide to watch.
