The United States Air Force Thunderbirds and Navy Blue Angels teamed up for a moving tribute to all of the hardworking COVID-19 first responders earlier today. The two display teams performed a flyby over Philadelphia, parts of New Jersey, and New York City that attracted a large number of spectators in some areas. Staff members down at University Hospital in Newark assembled on the roof and cheered for the jets as they roared overhead.

The flyby, a well-deserved show of gratitude for front line heroes, serves as a reminder of the selflessness shown each and every day by those risking their lives to protect and save our own.
