Ariana Grande is reminiscing about where she started and where she is now, giving fans a look at an adorable video of her singing as a child in order to celebrate her 31st birthday.
The "We Can't Be Friends" singer took to her Instagram on Wednesday (June 26) in honor of her birthday to share a throwback video to her childhood and prove that she has always been a performer who knows how to entertain. In the sweet clip, baby Ari can be seen putting on a show by belting out a song, dancing around and doing the hand jive, and even takes a bow while someone applauds her performance.
"Why don't you sing the Celine Dion?" someone asks behind the camera before the video cuts off.
Fans and friends were loving the adorable throwback, flooding the comments with birthday wishes and notes that the Eternal Sunshine hitmaker has been "a performer since day 1."
"A STAR IS BORN!! 🫶🫶🫶," her older brother Frankie Grande commented, while the account for the Wicked movie, in which she has a starring role, wrote, "Happy birthday to our Glinda 🎀💖." Grande's Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo also left a sweet message, saying, "Happy birthday my sweet sister 🥹🥹🥹💚💚💚"
