A new study says a food we usually deem "bad" for us may actually help us lose weight! Ryan Seacrest shared on-air that researchers have discovered the surprising health benefits of potatoes.
While potatoes are commonly seen has a guilty pleasure, they're actually incredibly nutrient-dense and could be a crucial part of a healthy diet. The study found that by replacing some food with potatoes, participants found themselves fuller quicker resulting in fewer calories consumed and weight loss with little effort.
But, that doesn't mean go ham with a ton of french fries...
