Our Thanks-4-Giving Food Drive is in full swing out front of the Vestal Wal Mart and we are well on our way to hitting our goal of 4,000 frozen turkeys by late Friday evening thanks to a VERY generous donation from local police officers and firefighters.
The Vestal, Johnson City, Binghamton, Endicott, and police departments all stopped by late Wednesday morning along with the Broome County Sheriff's Department. Firefighters from the Endicott and Johnson City fire departments also pitched in for a grand total of 450 frozen turkeys.
THANK YOU to the wonderful selfless first responders for both the massive number of turkeys as well as the manpower to help us load them all up in the Willow Run Foods freezer trailer.
