Are you a pizzaholic? Whether you could eat it all day every day or you just enjoy the occasional slice, you're going to want to check out Blaze Pizza on the Vestal Parkway once it opens up later this year. The Southern California based chain became a temporary staple of my diet whenever I traveled out to visit family in Orange County, so I've got a bit of an idea of how good this place is!
Here's how the Blaze Pizza experience works:
1. You pick out either a pre-written specialty recipe or build-as-you-go pizza
2. An employee grabs your freshly formed pizza dough and goes down the line of toppings asking what you'd like as you go (toppings are unlimited)
3. Once you're set, Blaze employees pop your pizza into the oven for a few quick minutes before cutting it up and serving it up
According to a WBNG report, the restaurant chain is shooting to open their 3714 Vestal Parkway East (right between IHOP and the Panera/Moe's lot) location sometime in April.
