A 25-year-old man at Newark International Airport got himself arrested and caused a 5-hour delay when he panicked after boarding the wrong flight.
According to NBC4 New York, the man boarded United Airlines flight 1460 to Tampa Bay Sunday evening and believed had gotten on the wrong plane. The man proceeded to pull the emergency slide and ride it down to the airport tarmac. When authorities captured him, the man reportedly was yelling about being on the wrong flight despite him having a ticket for flight 1460.
United Airlines flight 1460 continued to Tampa Bay 5 hours after the incident.
