This past weekend featured the debut of several new films: Widows, Instant Family, and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
Widows stars Viola Davis and Liam Neeson. It follows a group of women who find themselves pulled into a high-stakes heist to repay a debt to the criminal underworld after their husbands are all killed while committing a robbery.
Instant Family, starring Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne, is about a couple who adopt 3 foster children and initially struggle to come to grips with how to be proper parents to them.
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, starring Eddie Redmayne and Johnny Depp, follows a Ministry of Magic employee who teams up with the great Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) in an attempt to prevent a powerful dark wizard from establishing rule over all non-magical beings.
