The New Year's Eve celebrations around the world and right here in the Southern Tier were filled with fun, fireworks, and a TON of scared pups. Whether it's the sound of firework explosions or a the thunderclaps of severe storms, loud noise stresses out our dogs quite a bit and even when they're inside with us, many still suffer.

According to Daily Mail UK, Ford is working on a prototype noise-cancelling dog house that will fix all that. It uses microphones to pick up the loudest external disturbances then tailors noise-cancelling frequencies to them and plays them for your pup via special speakers inside the structure. The high tech pooch pad also features a foundation that reduces vibration and even an automatic door to give your dog a little peace and quiet when the time calls for it. Worth noting, the dog house looks as cool as it sounds! Check it out and learn more about how it works here.
