Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, and Abigail Breslin are all back to take on newly-evolved zombies 9 years after the first film was released. The highly-anticipated sequel revolves around the same makeshift family of zombie-fighting survivors moving out to the midwest while taking on entirely new threats, both human and zombie-related. The film will also build on the wonderfully weird family dynamic between the survivors as they grow and adapt to the new threats together. Also, as you'd expect, Zombieland: Double Tap will have plenty of gore and heaps of R-rated humor... which makes it look like a very fitting sequel for one of my favorite films of all-time!
Worth noting, the original director and writers (who also wrote Deadpool) came back to make the sequel.. definitely a good sign!
