Two massive cranes were imploded over the weekend following last week's deadly collapse of the partly built Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans. Unfortunately, one crane was left dangling over the construction site making it all appear to be a failed demolition attempt. According to CBS News, one of the cranes reportedly fell down onto an evacuated street below damaging a sewer line.
While there don't seem to be any plans to revive any of the partly-built hotel, it looks like officials will have harder job clearing the area of debris following the not-so-perfect demolition attempt. Check out the video above to see the 270 and 300 foot cranes come crashing down
