A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for Broome, Chenango, and Delaware county. The warning is in effect until a newly updated time of 5:11 PM and a tornado watch (not warning) is in effect until 7PM. There is a potential for high winds and damaging hail into tonight, so if you have anything loosely secured or unsecured outside, it may be a good idea to double check it.
